Did you know that the average wedding produces 400 pounds of garbage? All that waste on ONE day, and while your wedding should be a spectacular day, eco-friendly weddings can be just as beautiful. They involve using vendors that focus on sustainability and making eco-friendly choices during the planning process. Eliminating single use items wherever possible and keeping things local helps too. I would love to help you create an eco-friendly wedding and can do so with one or both of my wedding services.


If you are in the early stages of planning your wedding try my wedding consultation services. We sit down and chat all things planning! From eco-friendly vendor recommendations, sustainable practices, wedding planning templates and answers to all your questions, we sit down over a cup of coffee (or glass of wine) and develop a plan to get you on the right track. This service is hourly so you can get as little or as much help as you want.

Month-of Coordination

If you are closer to your wedding and need last minute planning help, decor setup, vendor coordination and wedding management I provide month-of wedding coordination services. Often your venue will only set up the room, but not the decor and other items you are having delivered on the day of your wedding. They want your wedding to run smoothly, but don’t necessarily have your vision top of mind. You need someone onsite to advocate on your behalf and set things up according to your plan and that person CANNOT be you! Below is the list of everything included with the eco-friendly weddings month-of package.

In person meeting and consultation at wedding venue approximately one month prior

Unlimited phone and email consultation to finalize details within the last month

Assistance with day of event schedule & suggestions on ways to make your plans more eco-friendly

Coordinate with your venue to ensure setup is correct and as discussed

Free delivery and setup of any rented decor items from my inventory

Email introduction to all vendors I will be in contact with on event day

Coordination of deliveries on event day

Decor set-up

Event day management

Tear down and clean up of event

Cueing of any scheduled items (speeches, songs, dances, etc.)

I also offer a variety of decor rentals including ceremony arches, sweetheart tables, wooden crates, candle holders, donut walls, lawn games and more! Decor rentals are a great way to reduce waste as these items will get used again and again at other weddings. Check them out below.
